Shipping

All physical orders ship through USPS. Once your package is on its way, we will provide a tracking number so you can stay up to date.

Processing usually takes 1-2 business days, except custom orders which take a little more time and care—however long we estimated you custom order to make +3 days processing for shipping.

Digital Downloads are a non-physical item and are therefore not shipped. They will be available upon receipt of payment.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your order, please Contact me so I can do what I I can to fix that. I’m head over heals for happy customers. If a refund or modification is determined to be needed, you can ship the item back to me—however, the buyer pays return shipping and handling costs. If major modifications are needed, possibly additional fees for labor and material.

Once the item arrives safely, I’ll issue a full refund for the product.

I do not offer:

• Exchanges: I do however reward repeat customers with great discounts and love to add gifts into the packaging of my loyal customers.
• Refunds for Digital Downloads: since there is no way a download can be returned, I cannot offer a refund. It’s yours now.
• Antique or Vintage pieces: Transparency is important to me. I do my best to accurately assess the quality of each item and disclose it in the description, but these vintage and antique pieces have been loved and lived in and may have unseen, natural wear from their age and history. Antique and vintage pieces are sold as‑is and these sales are final.

Payment & Billing

I accept PayPal and major credit cards, all processed securely through Square. Your financial info stays with them — I never see your card number or your bank secrets.

In the instance that these payment methods are unavailable to you, you can contact me, and I can make arrangements for: Cashapp or Apple Pay.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy at Intangible Gifts. We only collect the info needed to run our shop and fulfill orders. We don’t sell, trade, or do anything grimey with your data.

You can request to view, update, or delete your personal info anytime.

Licensing & Copyright

Some of the art in this shop is fully original, some is lovingly cleaned‑up public domain, and some is clipart that requires a commercial license. Here’s the friendly, human breakdown so you always know what you’re getting.

Original Artwork

Anything I create from scratch — illustrations, digital paintings, graphics, designs — is protected by copyright. When you purchase or download my original art, you receive a personal‑use license.

You can:

• print it
• frame it
• use it in your home
• make gifts with it
• enjoy it however you like

You cannot:

• resell it
• redistribute it
• upload it to marketplaces
• use it commercially
• claim you made it
• feed it to an AI training model

If you want to use my original art commercially, just contact me. I’m nice and I like money.

Digitally Enhanced Public Domain Images

Some of the digital images for sale are in the public domain — you can totally find them if you look. I clean them, restore them, recolor them, or modify them into clipart images.

Why aren’t they free? You’re paying for the time, skill, and digital restoration work. You may use the digitally enhanced public domain files for commercial use. Permissions are explicitly written in the product descriptions.

Clipart & Commercial Licensing

Some items in the shop are sold as clipart, meaning they’re intended for creative projects, crafting, and design work.

Personal use is always allowed.

Commercial use requires a license because:

• I created the clipart myself, or
• I modified existing assets enough to create new copyrighted work.

If you want to use clipart in:

While I fully believe in magickal workings and the power of the individual who poses intent and emotional force to their desires, magical workings are metaphysical workings and ritual instruments are merely surrogates for ethereal will and energy on the physical plane.

They are not the reason your spell didn’t work.

Entertainment Only

Spell‑themed items, ritual‑adjacent goods, and anything with mystical symbolism are for entertainment and personal expression. They are not:

Digital files are for personal use only unless you have a commercial license with the exeption of images from the public domain that have been digitally restored. They do not come with magical powers, secret messages, or hidden spells. They also do not come with refunds once downloaded.
